I signed up for this product because I thought it was related to Unique Article Wizard when I signed up for it. It was not, though you can use it for their product. I’m not going to beat around the bush and try to come up with some positives because I personally hated the product. Here’s why:
1. The product had virtually no instructions in how to use it. If you are not one regularly spinning and submitting articles to hundreds of directories you will not likely understand it.
2. Support is non-existent. I had at least 4 emails to them, not one of which was every acknowledged or responded to.
3. My only communication from the company was when I notified them I wanted to terminate my membership. Seems like somewhere in the process of signing up for them I signed up for a monthly membership on paypal. This was not made clear on their site at all, but I guess paypal probably gives you some notice of this. I don’t know. Anyway, the automatic payment for the upcoming month came out of my account and within 2 hours I had cancelled it going forward and had asked the company for a refund. They did give me a response that said no. I did not ask for refunds of any previous amounts paid them, just the new month that I would not be using. They did not respond to any of my other requests to work anything out.
4. The software was inconsistent at best. Once I figured out how to use it after quite awhile of messing around with it, it sometimes would work and at other times wouldn’t work at all, but no error would show up. It’s what I call “open and pray software.” You open it and pray that it is working at the time.
5. It touts itself as one button software. Of course that is not true. It IS one button once you put in a substantial amount of data.
6. It works in batches which are hard to work with.
7. It does not flow well at all.
8. As if horrible customer service, non-existent support and a horrible product were not enough, the practicals of the product are flawed. The whole point of bulk article submission, if you choose to go that route, if to get as many backlinks as possible. This product only creates 1 per article.
Summary: Don’t waste your money. I mean it.
I tried UAW for 2-3 months based on their strong sales copy. It didn’t really work for me though and I terminated their service a month or so ago. During my trial period with them I submitted roughly 25 articles on a variety of topics, trying out several submission speeds and theories and several linking strategies.
First the positives, I did find the bulk of the product fairly easy to work with and learn. And they did submit to a large number of sites as detailed on the their marketing materials. That number was never as large as the number of sites they said they would submit to though. I usually averaged about 300-400 submissions per article, but the software usually said anywhere from 700-1000 per article.
The big problem I had was that the articles were not getting accepted by the vast majority of the sites they were sent to. This was not because of poor quality or because they were off-topic. I wrote or personally edited every article. This is my guess of why most were not accepted.
I set up sites to receive their articles for auto-blogging. But the articles I got were generally very poor quality and often off-topic so I just quit looking at all of them because it became too much effort. I suspect that may have been what was happening to my articles. They would get submitted, but never approved for publication unless there was auto-approval on the site.
So for any given article I would get about 10-15 actual articles showing up. For me that was the deal breaker. I don’t know how many if any of those articles were indexed because it because too much effort to check, but some of them did show up in yahoo backlinks.
The other issue I had was their technical support. For me, it was spotty at best and once I terminated my monthly subscription it was non-existent.
Decision: Not Recommended
